In just 20 minutes, we'll focus on strengthening our arms, side butt, and abs with a series of mat Pilates exercises.
During this class, I'll be using a set of two-pound weights, but feel free to skip them if you don't have any or aren't comfortable using them. We'll also do a challenging side butt exercise in the mermaid pose, which can be modified if needed.
