We'll flow through poses like Three-Legged Dog and Pyramid Pose, incorporating optional weights to intensify the experience. There's a bit of kneeling work, so have a blanket nearby if you need extra knee support.
This class moves at a faster pace and includes some bigger, more challenging poses, making it ideal for those looking for an intermediate or advanced practice. We'll focus on strengthening the chest, back, and glutes, with deep abdominal work towards the end. You'll also enjoy a quick stretch to relieve tension in your hips.
