In today's class, I invite you to join me for a rejuvenating 15-minute good morning yoga session designed to awaken your body and prepare you for the day ahead. We'll begin by stretching on the ground, indulging in big, beautiful stretches that will help release tension and stiffness from your muscles.
As we gradually transition to standing poses, we'll focus on relaxation and stretching, targeting areas like the hips, side body, neck, and shoulders. Throughout the class, we'll flow through poses such as windshield wipers, twists, side body stretches, ragdoll, chair pose, lunges, and hip rocks, allowing you to gently awaken and energize your body.
No props are needed for this practice, making it accessible for everyone. By the end of the session, you'll experience a moment of stillness and gratitude, setting the tone for a perfect and fabulous day ahead. Join me on the mat, and let's start the day feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to conquer whatever comes our way!
