It's Day 9 of the 2023 New Years Challenge! Today's video is a complete workout in just 10 mintues! It's great to remind yourself you don't need a lot of time to get your body moving! This short barre class is sure to get your whole body working hard. Barre is a great way to get your heart rate up and work multiple muscle groups at once. Barre workouts also help improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. It's a perfect way to start your day or finish up with some stretching exercises.

I do use a set of 3 lbs weights, but you can skip the weights if you don't have any around!
