This floor barre class is a great way to strengthen your inner and outer thighs, your hips, and butt! Today's class is one that is particularly good for those of us with sensitive knees and low backs. We'll stay on the floor throughout the entire class, but we'll still work on creating more mobility in the hips and ankles and more strength in the inner and outer thighs just like in a regular standing barre class.
