Moving on to the best budget camera in 2019. So, if you want to start making music videos, weddings and you want to develop your shooting skills - you should definitely get some camera for the start. And here is my top 3 budget cameras, that have the best video quality for this price, in my opinion.

The first one and the cheapest one from the list, i guess so, is your smartphone. Why? Because I was searching for a good camera and low price but I couldn't find anything better then a smartphone, that costs about 400-500 $. I saw a lot of video-tests and I should say, that if you have a budget that is less then 500 dollars, you have two options. The first one - buying a smartphone. The second one - is buying a used camera. And if you choose the second option, I would love to recommend you canon 650D, because it has a nice price and you can buy lenses for it, lighting and plus this camera has a mic jack. And for me it is important to have a mic jack. Especially if you are just starting. So my first camera is Canon 650D, it's the best camera for beginners, because it is cheap and it has a great video quality. The link to a video-test of this camera I will place in the description below.

The second one is Canon EOS 200D with 18-55 kit lens. It is a pretty good device, which I would recommend you 100%! It costs about 500$. It has a flip-out lcd touch screen, 3.5 mm mic jack, 50 and 60 frames per second in fullHD resolution and it is extremely good in colors, basically because it is Canon, and they are all good at color science. You can also check out some of the video-tests and full reviews of this camera, but i personally would love to recommend you this video, it's so good and it's again a huge proof, that you should have the story on the top of your production, then editing and only after that - stuff that you are using for filming.

And the last one is Panasonic Lumix G7 with 14-42 kit lens. Or if you have an extra money - it is Lumix G80 with 12-60 mm kit lens. G7 costs for about 600$, and G80 is about 1000$. And personally I have been using G7 for 2 or 3 years and I love it so much! It's a great camera for beginners and not only for them. It has 50 and 60 fps in fullHD, ability to shoot in 4K - resolution and it's extremely amazing. It has also a flip lcd touch screen and a mic jack. You can check out some of my videos, which were shot on this camera in the description below. G80 has sensor stabilizition and it's basically a game changer. It also comes with a pretty good lens - 12-60 mm which is optimal for a lot of stuff + it has a good optical stabilizer.

And of course I should say a couple of words about lenses. You should definitely pay more attention to them, but not camera bodies. Because a bad lens on a good body will make video not that good, as it should be. There is a good video on this topic from DSLRGuide, you should definetly check it out! The link will be in the description. So I would love to recommend you to buy some wide-aperture lens to create that cinematic shallow depth of field. So, if you are starting a filmmaking thing - you should buy a camera with a kit lens and some wide-aperture lens, if it is panasonic - then lumix 25mm 1.7 is the best and the cheapest option you have. You can also buy used gear, but be careful with that. Also don't forget about sound, lighting, and story you want to show people.

Maybe you have your own opinion about the best budget camera, that is different from mine, so leave your comment down below and describe the advantages of the camera, that you have. I would love to read them!
