Today's session zooms in on hip rotation, a fantastic way to enhance mobility and fortify the lower body while nurturing balance. Forget about counting reps or striving for absolute symmetry—this session embraces balance within our bodies. Alongside working the hips, glutes, inner and outer thighs, it's an ideal workout to strengthen ankle mobility. Plus, to kickstart, we'll have a cardio segment right at the beginning to ensure we're warmed up.

In terms of props, I'll be demonstrating with a chair, doubling as a bar. However, feel free to improvise! Whether it's a tall foam roller, a wall for support, or if you're up for a challenge, going without any props, this class accommodates various preferences. No equipment is mandatory—just carve out some space and bring your enthusiastic attitude. So, grab your mat and let's delve into this invigorating and lively bar fusion class, awakening your body and refining your sense of balance.
