Today's Pilates Yoga Fusion class will challenge your muscles and leave you feeling amazing. In this 25-minute class, we'll pretty much hit everything on the body. We'll end with one of my favorite poses, lizard pose, which is a deep hip stretch. Keep in mind that this pose can be a little more challenging for those of us with short arms or limited range of motion, but it's a great way to open up the hips.

During the class, we'll also do lunges, and I recommend having blocks nearby for support. To add an extra challenge, I'll be using two-pound weights, but don't worry if you don't have any - they're not necessary to get a great workout. Whether you're new to Pilates or yoga, or you're a seasoned pro, this class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge their muscles and get a great workout.
