It's Day 3 of the 2023 new year challenge!

This is a PIlates yoga fusion class meant for all levels. This class is wonderful for those looking to stretch and strengthen your hips and glutes.

This class is also great for those who have lower back pain or sciatica. It is a great class to help you relieve stress and get ready for the day.
We will move through a series of floor exercises that focus on stretching your hips and glutes, as well as strengthening them.
