It's Day 5 of the 2023 new year challenge! It's the last class of our first week of the challenge! Congratulation yourself for all your progress so far!
Today's class is a ladder flow yoga class meant to both strengthen the body and give you a sense of empowerment. The flow will take you through poses that build strength in your whole body. I finish with a lovely stretch for your hips and lower back.
I do use one yoga block and a yoga strap or stretch out strap. You absolutely do not need these props to complete the challenge.
