In this wall pilates workout we will focus on the abs, glutes and legs to strengthen and stretch out the tight areas of the body that may be causing incorrect posture and alignment. Perfect for at home training, this ballet mat workout only requires a mat and a wall, no extra equipment needed! The combination of ballet and pilates brings the flexibility, grace and strength of ballet dance together with muscular strength training of pilates for a well rounded and elegant workout.
