Join me for this ballet HIIT workout to train just like a ballet dancer! With a combination of ballet floor barre and barre pilates HIIT, these fat burning exercises are great for losing thigh and belly fat! In this 30 minute routine we will follow a low impact HIIT workout format (with no jumping) doing 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest. Great for at home, this high intensity training ballet workout will work the abs, legs and glutes giving you a full body burn with no equipment needed! This full body ballet pilates workout is perfect to add to your ballet training to get beautiful ballet legs and abs. There is also a series of ballet stretches at the end of the workout for full body flexibility and mobility.
