In this floor barre ballet workout, we will be combining the iconic ballet barre exercises with pilates for a full body strength and flexibility workout! The focus of this ballet floor barre will be on the pelvis, leaning how to control it in its correct alignment and strengthening it so that when you are standing at the barre, you feel more strong and stable to dance! This workout is great to do at home as it requires no equipment and works great as a warm up before ballet class. Beginners may want to adapt this routine by keeping the leg lower so they can focus on the abs and glutes to control the pelvis!
