Todays full body ballet workout is a fusion of ballet and pilates for beginners. At only 30 minutes, this home ballet workout will give you a great full body fat burn with no equipment needed! This ballet pilates dancers workout will focus on the arms, abs, legs and feet so that you can become a stronger (and better) dancer in ballet class. It is also a great routine if you are just looking for a ballet fitness workout to lose weight and gain strength and flexibility at home! This ballet workout has a warm up as well as a series of ballet stretches for flexibility.
