In this higher extensions ballet barre workout, I’ll guide you through a full series of ballet barre exercises targeted towards improving your leg height for front and side developpe as well as arabesque. Perfect for at home training, this ballet barre workout will allow you to develop strong legs and hips while simultaneously stretching the muscles, helping you to achieve beautiful leg flexibility and height. This barre class is aimed at intermediate level dancers and above but my beginner ballet dancers are more than welcome to join in and adapt the exercises as needed.
