Jambalaya at Pube Fest 2 (cooked in an ancient cast iron cauldron)
Thanks to Rubix Pube for throwing their second annual Pube Fest! This gave the opportunity for me to bring my 15 gallon, 200 year-old cast-iron cauldron and cook a huge pot of jambalaya for the crowds. It was a lot of fun, and everyone enjoyed it. The bands all rocked.
