Behold the image of J.R. "Bob" Dobbs, founder of the Church of the SubGenius, emblazoned into a cast iron pan. And we're christening this pan in the most SubGenius way possible, by making a burger that would make "Bob" proud. That means two huge patties, pressed down with a cast iron press. There's nothing better than cast iron to sear up a good burger to give it a crust. And of course we have to use American cheese. And here is a burger truly worthy of the name SubGenius, because in the words of J.R. "Bob" Dobbs, "Don't just eat that burger - eat the HELL out of it!"
