Celebration Steak #2: T-Bone in Presidential Cast Iron
And to celebrate the second indictment, we're taking a special cast iron pan with the Great Seal of the United States, and using it to sear a T-bone steak. This steak was coated with kosher salt and marinated all day in the refrigerator, uncovered, so it should have a good crust when it's cooked now. This is a T-bone because a certain guy named T is getting boned today, good and hard, and boy, does he ever deserve it. It's as though each legal case seems to be more serious than the last one, and we're getting into serious territory now. I'm enjoying every moment of it, and that's why this steak tastes so good. Two down, and two more to go. And the best is yet to come.
