Sunday Morning Cast Iron Pancakes
This morning I took a vintage Wagner #9 cast iron griddle for a test drive, and made a nice batch of pancakes. I've edited out the boring parts, and what we see here is a demonstration of how easy it is to make pancakes in a cast iron pan.
