I wanted to try my hand at making a rainbow cake in a cast iron cake pan. Unfortunately, the cake stuck badly. I know exactly what went wrong, so for the second attempt I used the traditional method of spraying a ton of Baker's Joy into the cake pan. The result was much more successful, as you'll see here.
