Are cast iron pans bad for your health?
Sounds scary, but this guy doesn't give any references or data at all to back up his ridiculous claims. For all we know, he could be making up scare stories to get you to buy the supplements he sells on his Internet store. I'm not a doctor and he is, but so what? He could be the Surgeon General of the United States, and he'd still have to provide some evidence to back up his claim that cast iron pans are bad for us. There's a reason why actual researchers like to quote, "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence."
