This is always one of my favorite sessions to train. This combines a lot of the material we train, putting it all together for the athletes. We have reaction, quickness, agility, speed, etc., so this just allows us to take what we've been training, and apply it. That's a very important part for athletic development, don't forget to give the athletes a chance to apply everything they've been learning.
