Here are some clips of the speed session we ran our athletes through. The goals of the session were mechanics, proper force output, and mind muscle firing and connection. Having proper mind muscle connection is arguably one of the most important traits for quickness and acceleration. It's telling your body to go, and your body reacting in rapid time. This ability is what creates quickness in the first step or two of your sprint, so make sure you're working on this!
