Here's a jump progression we used with our athletes for today's training session. It's super important to make sure your athletes are training the ability to jump, double leg and single leg. This is fantastic for rate of force production, injury reduction, and athleticism. We used this progression to lead us into some jump testing with approach jump and standing jump. Hope this helps!
