This video is a full breakdown of how we like to structure our box jump progression for athlete development, looking at what we do in the very first session, all the way to where we like our athletes to get to. Box jumps are a great tool that we use to develop athletes, working on plyometrics, rate of force production, coordination, etc. There are plenty of ways we can do our box jumps, but this is just a loose outline of how we typically structure our development.
