Force output is a huge part of athletic performance. Athletes need the ability to produce large amounts of force, typically at high speeds, for a multitude of movements such as sprinting and jumping. Even more so, force production is instrumental in reducing the risk of injuries. By improving load tolerance, we can hopefully improve our athletes abilities to withstand and produce enough opposing forces to keep them safe. These are just a few compound movements we like, so make sure to also include frontal plane and more dynamic loading patterns.
