Check out the movement prep we hit before today's strength session. It's very important to get the body prepped and primed so that when we hit our lift, we're ready to go. Our lift had some contrast training with heavy box squats into SL banded speed jumps, so we need to make sure everything was firing and locked in. We hit some backwards pogos to fire up the lower limb and anterior side of our body, along with some foam roller iron cross, A skips, C skips, KB Drop Squats, and standing box jumps.
