In this video, we will explore the art of Journey Mapping: Creating the Digital Map. The
ins and Outs to get your audience interested in your mapped journey, and even more
specifically, the video will focus on the following:

• 02:00-3:00- What to include in the high fidelity map
• 03:30-04:44- How to create a low fidelity map
One thing to take away from this video is the adds and don’t adds in the process of creating a
visual Journey Map, and how to shape it to your audience.
About us:
We are an MHR 417 college class, where we divulge in an aspect of Business Analytics, where
we performed and collected data on journey mapping. Specifically, we collected data on the
Sophomore year experience throughout the College of Business at the University of Idaho.
