I am aware and realize some people will disagree with me and my take on this matter and situation. My expertise is Filmmaking and Motion Design, not geopolitics, but I believe that businesses as well as content creators should embrace the urge to help and speak up in whatever capacity they can - to make a difference, even if it is small.
I meant to make this video for a while now... We're already into the 4th week of this unjust and horrific war of aggression on Ukraine by the Russian government.
I have no intention to diminish or belittle any of the wars and conflicts around the world in any way. But truth be told: living in the neighboring country and with my fiancee and her family being from Ukraine's neighbor Slovakia, this one feels different to many of us - especially here in Europe.
It is tough to find any words for this situation and you might argue I didn't find the right ones after all - as I said, this lies beyond my expertise - but staying silent is not an option either.
Think about ways you can contribute - warm clothes, medicine, blankets, donating, and/or helping organizations...there are plenty of options.
