On today's Live Lean TV episode, I'm breaking down 3 easy nutrition guidelines that actually work to help you achieve a lean, muscular, and healthy physique.
Here are my 3 foundational nutrition guidelines:
1. Ensure you consume enough calories to fuel your energy requirements and align with your body composition goals consistently.
2. Aim to meet your daily protein intake target of at least 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, consistently.
3. Make sure that 80% of your daily calorie intake comes from unprocessed whole foods, consistently.
Notice how I emphasize 'consistently' with each guideline?
Consistency is the cornerstone of building and maintaining healthy habits for long-term success.
