This video shows my top 3 Bench Substitutes to accomplish any bench exercise without a bench.
You can follow any program and get amazing results even if you have no bench.
My top 3 alternatives:
1: The Floor. Use folded towels or a yoga mat to elevate and allow greater range of motion.
2: A Chair. Or two chairs depending on the exercise.
3: A Swiss Ball. Useful for so many things and adds an extra element of instability.
