Wide grip bench 6 sets @ 95 (10/10/11/10/9/8)
Front squat deload 3 sets @ 105 (5/5/5)
Assisted pull-ups 3 sets @ i don't wanna say (15/13/12)
Db Lat raises 3 sets @ 30 (15/13/13)

Love hate relationship with these SBD wrist wraps, I actually feel like I can get more reps when I'm not wearing them and not sure if that's due to pretty much cutting off my circulation or the fact that wide grip forces my wrists to bend which is counterproductive to the wraps.
