Deficit deads 3 sets @190 (11/10/10)
High bar squats 3 sets @ 145 (12/11/11)
Wide Grip Bench 3 sets @ 95 (10/10/10)
Good mornings 3 sets @ 100 (11/12/10)

Thoughts: short arms and big box gym bench racks make for awkward lift offs during wide grip bench sets. Also obligatory rant about spotters who don't listen to you even when you repeatedly tell them you got dis. This felt a lot better than last Monday's 5am workout. #quadsquad
