Wide grip bench 6 sets @90 (12/13/11/11/10/9)
Assisted pull-ups 3 sets @ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lat db raises 3 sets @30 (15/12/12)

Notes: I'm an idiot and put a couple of extra pounds on one side of the bar for front squats. Also fat calves+capris+SBDs equal fail.
