AFTER EFFECTS SHORTCUTS
Undo: Cmd + Z... (Windows: Ctrl + Z)
Hold Cmd (Ctrl for Windows) to select multiple layers in the timeline panel
Hold Shift to select a row of layers in the timeline panel

To activate shy layers, first ensure you have switches enabled in the columns of the Timeline Panel. Next, click on the Shy switch next to each layer that you want to hide and then press on the overall Shy Layers toggle switch.
