PHOTOSHOP SHORTCUTS
Type tool: T
Free transform: Cmd + T... (Windows: Ctrl + T)
Snap to value in free transform: Hold Shift
Undo: Cmd + Z... (Windows: Ctrl + Z)

✅ VIDEO SUMMARY
There are three different ways you can switch your text from horizontal to vertical using the Type Tool in Adobe Photoshop. The easiest way is to select the Vertical Type Tool instead of the Horizontal Type Tool - note, the shortcut is still (T) for both. If you have already created a text object you can either right-click on the layer in the Layers Panel and then select "Vertical", or select the text using the Type Tool and then use the first icon in the Type Tool parameters.
