INGREDIENTS: Round shape 21cm.
Chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
Sugar - 100 grams;
Sour cream - 100 grams;
Cottage cheese - 300 grams;
Semolina - 150 grams;
Baking dough - 1 tsp;
Vanilla sugar - ½ tsp;
Salt - ¼ tsp.
ADDITIONALLY:
Powdered sugar - 1.5 tsp.
HOW TO COOK:
1. Beat chicken eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
2. Add sour cream, beat lightly.
3. Add cottage cheese, grated through a sieve, continue to beat until smooth.
4. Add semolina, baking powder and salt. Mix everything again with a mixer so that all the ingredients are combined. Let the mass stand for 15-20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
5. Put the curd mass into a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
7. Allow the finished curd manna to cool for 5-7 minutes, remove from the mold, allow to cool completely on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve with tea.
