A simple and delicious cucumber salad recipe, without mayonnaise. Everyone likes cucumbers according to this recipe. There is no such thing as too much salad!

RECIPE:
Fresh cucumbers – 300 grams, 3-4 pieces;
Green onions – 5-7 shoots;
Parsley – 5-7 sprigs;
Fresh dill – 3-5 sprigs;
Celery – 3 stalks;
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon;
Vegetable oil – 1-2 tablespoons;
Salt and pepper – to taste;
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon, optional.

PREPARATION:
1. Wash cucumbers, remove stems and tails. Cut into thin strips.
2. Finely chop the green onions.
3. Finely chop the parsley, dill and celery.
4. Put the chopped cucumbers in a deep bowl, add the prepared greens.
5. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and season with oil.
6. Mix, put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
7. Enjoy your meal!
