The result will definitely please you! This is an amazingly tasty and quick salad in a hurry! It tastes like Olivier salad, but only cheaper. It will take you only 5 minutes to prepare this salad, using the most affordable ingredients.
RECIPE:
Eggs – 4 pieces;
Pickled cucumbers – 2 pieces;
Canned peas – 4 tbsp. spoons;
Processed cheese – 2 pieces;
Green onions – 5 stalks;
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp. spoons;
Ground black pepper - to taste.
PREPARATION:
1. Boil eggs hard and cut into strips.
2. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. Place the cheeses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Grate on a coarse grater.
5. Place onions, cucumbers, peas, eggs and grated cheese into a bowl. Season with mayonnaise and pepper. Mix everything carefully.
6. Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl or onto a dish and serve.
