RECIPE:
Cottage cheese - 150 grams;
Eggs (C1) - 3 pieces;
Sugar - 80 grams;
Butter - 100 grams;
Flour - 200 grams;
Baking powder - 10 grams;
Vanilla sugar - ½ teaspoon;
Salt - ¼ teaspoon;
Fresh peach - 2-3 pieces.
ADDITIONAL:
Sugar - 1 teaspoon;
Butter - 5 grams;
Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Wash the peaches, remove the pits, cut into slices.
2. Beat the eggs with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until a cap of air bubbles forms. Then pour in all the sugar and continue beating until a stable mass and the sugar dissolves, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve to the beaten eggs, mix.
4. Then pour in the melted butter at room temperature, mix.
5. Then pour in the sifted flour and baking powder in portions in two or three steps. Mix well so that the mass is uniform and without lumps.
6. Transfer the dough to a 22-centimeter diameter form covered with parchment, level the surface.
7. Place peach slices on the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and distribute pieces of butter.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. Check for readiness with a skewer.
9. Let the pie cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve.
