RECIPE:
Apples – 370 grams (2 pcs.);
Eggs (C1) – 4 pieces;
Sugar – 120 grams;
Flour – 150 grams;
Sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon;
Lemon juice – ½ lemon;
Baking powder – 1 tsp. spoon;
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon;
Vanilla sugar – ½ teaspoon;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Peel the apples, remove the stem and seed capsule. Cut into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl. Season with cinnamon and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until fluffy. Then add sugar in 2-3 additions and continue beating until a stable fluffy mass is achieved, about 7-10 minutes.
3. Pour sour cream into the resulting mass. Add sifted flour and baking powder in portions.
4. Gently stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture so that the mixture does not settle.
5. Then add apples and mix gently again.
6. Transfer the prepared dough into a form with parchment, level it and, if desired,
sprinkle with nuts.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
8. Remove the finished pie from the pan and let cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve with tea.
