Kissel from berries is a wonderful dessert. My channel:    / receptik1  . In summer it can be made from fresh berries, but in winter and in the spring you can use frozen ones. If you still have frozen berries in the refrigerator, then it's time to use them. Free up space for a new crop. The taste of jelly is very saturated. It can be made thick or liquid. # Marina_Perepelitsyna, # easy and simple.

Ingredients: broth quince 1 liter; Water 1 liter; Frozen berries of cherry and currant to 3st. Spoons; Cornstarch 2 tablespoons; Sugar 3 tbsp.
Preparation: Unfreeze the berries, drain the liquid and grind in a blender. Quince broth pour into a saucepan, add water and sugar all mix and put on fire, bring to a boil. Introduce smashed berries. Starch diluted with a small amount of water and pour into the boiling liquid, stirring to cook until the density of the desired consistency, collecting foam. Finished kissel cool. To spill on glasses. Decorate with berries and a sprig of mint. Bon Appetit!!!
