INGREDIENTS:
For the test:
Butter - 100 grams;
Sugar - 80 grams;
Chicken egg - 65 grams (1 piece of CO);
Sour cream - 100 grams;
Flour - 230 grams;
Baking powder - 1 tsp;
Salt - ¼ tsp.
For filling:
Lemon - 140 grams (1 piece);
Raisins - 150 grams;
Walnuts - 100 grams;
Sugar - 100 grams.
Additionally:
Grated chocolate - 10 grams;
HOW TO COOK:
1. Beat soft butter with sugar until creamy.
2. Add the chicken egg and beat.
3. Add sour cream, beat the mixture.
4. Pour sifted flour, baking powder and salt into the slurry. Knead and knead the dough.
5. Spread the dough in an even layer into a 22x22cm mold covered with parchment.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
7. While the cake is baking, prepare the lemon mass. To do this, in a blender, beat the lemon, raisins, nuts and sugar cut into pieces until smooth. To remove the bitterness of lemon, pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 20-25 minutes. Rinse the raisins with warm water and pat dry with a paper towel.
8. After 30 minutes, take out the cake pan. Spread the lemon mass on it.
9. Put the cake back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
10. Remove the finished cake from the baking dish and allow to cool completely on the wire rack. Then, if desired, sprinkle with grated chocolate or lemon zest, cut into portions and serve with tea. Enjoy your tea, everyone!
