IARPC 2023 Pre-Field Season Meeting
This meeting provided an opportunity to share information about upcoming expeditions, improve collaboration among Arctic researchers, and expand communications and coordination with local and Indigenous communities.
Meeting facilitators provided a summary of upcoming field operations. In a series of breakout sessions (not recorded), researchers and community members to share information. Bernice Aviuk Oyagak and Lloyd Pikok (UIC Science) presented on community engagement and science outreach, and Gay Sheffield (Alaska Sea Grant) presented on communication plans.
