Muffins with onions and eggs are like lazy kefir pies. Great breakfast for everyone
I make these cupcakes when I don’t want to bother with the dough! It is simply impossible to spoil them. These onion and egg muffins taste like pies, and the filling is like pies, but they are easier and faster to prepare! Never get bored!
To prepare them you will need:
RECIPE:
For the test:
Eggs – 2 pieces (CO);
Kefir – 200 grams;
Flour – 130 grams;
Baking powder – 5 grams;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
Ground pepper - ¼ teaspoon.
Additionally:
Boiled eggs – 2 pieces (CO);
Green onion – 30 grams;
Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs;
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Boil eggs hard.
2. Pour 2 eggs, kefir into the container where the dough is kneaded, add sifted flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything with a whisk until the ingredients are combined. If necessary, adjust the taste of the dough with spices.
3. Finely chop the onion and parsley.
4. Cut boiled eggs into small cubes.
5. Add greens and eggs to the dough. Mix.
6. Divide the dough into muffin tins in equal portions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
8. Allow the finished cupcakes to cool to room temperature and serve.
