RECIPE:
Flour – 180 grams;
Sugar – 120 grams;
Eggs (C1) – 2 pieces;
Fresh orange – 80 grams;
Orange zest – 1 piece;
Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
Raisins – 40 grams;
Baking powder – 10 grams;
Vanilla sugar – ½ teaspoon;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Pour eggs into a bowl, add salt, vanilla sugar and sugar. Beat everything with a mixer until fluffy and sugar dissolves.
2. Add vegetable oil, orange zest, juice with orange pulp and raisins, previously washed in warm water and dried with a paper towel, to the egg mixture.
3. Mix well at low mixer speed.
4. Then add sifted flour and baking powder in portions. Mix everything well.
5. Transfer the resulting dough into a mold lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Level the surface.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the power of your oven. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
7. Let the cupcakes cool, remove from the pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve.
