This is a quick recipe for kefir dough pie stuffed with potatoes and mushrooms. The pie turns out to be hearty and tasty. The recipe is simple and quick! The dough is the simplest, without yeast, which significantly saves time.

INGREDIENTS:
For the test:
Flour - 250 grams + 20 grams for sprinkling;
Kefir - 200 ml.;
Vegetable oil - 40 grams;
Soda - 1 tsp;
Sugar - 1 tsp;
Salt - ½ tsp.

For filling:
Boiled potatoes in their uniforms - 340 grams;
Fresh mushrooms - 220 grams;
Hard cheese any -140 grams;
Chicken egg - 1 piece;
Milk - 1 tsp;
Salt and pepper to taste.
