Resizing Images for Web and Email

This is a fairly old video that I recorded for our members section back in 2009. I am currently uploading all those videos to YouTube and this one is still relevant in later versions of Photoshop and Lightroom.
Resizing images for web use is important for Google rankings, viewer experience and so on...you want to try and keep the file size below 100kb for each image if possible.
This allows a faster loading web page which in turn gives you more "kudos" with the google bunnies (penguins or whatever).
