RECIPE:
Semolina – 230 grams;
Coconut flakes – 80 grams;
Kefir – 400 ml;
Eggs (C0) – 3 pieces;
Sugar – 100 grams;
Butter – 60 grams;
Vanilla sugar – ½ teaspoon;
Baking powder – 10 grams;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
ADDITIONALLY:
Any jam - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Coconut flakes – 1 teaspoon;
Mold with a diameter of 22 cm.
PREPARATION:
1. Mix coconut flakes with semolina in a bowl, pour in kefir, stir, let stand for 20 minutes.
2. In a separate container, beat eggs with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until air bubbles form. Then add sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes fluffy and the sugar dissolves.
3. Place the coconut and semolina mixture into the egg mixture, add melted butter and baking powder. Mix everything well until smooth.
4. Transfer the mixture into a pan lined with parchment.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Until golden brown crust.
6. Allow the manna to cool on a wire rack.
7. Cover the cooled manna with a layer of jam and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
8. Cut into portions and serve.
