RECIPE:
Lavash – 200 grams;
Cottage cheese – 200 grams;
Milk – 200 grams;
Eggs (C1) – 3 pieces;
Hard cheese – 150 grams;
Salt and pepper - to taste;
Butter – 20 grams;
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add cottage cheese and cheese, leave a little cheese for sprinkling, mix everything well.
3. Add lavash, torn by hand or cut into pieces, to the resulting mixture in pieces.
4. Grease the mold with butter. Place a sheet of lavash on the bottom of the mold. Place the prepared mixture on it. Smooth out slightly.
5. Sprinkle some grated cheese and sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 80 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cover the finished pie with parchment and a towel and let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
